  This is one of the best places to stay if you're going to be in Waikiki because it is right on the beach. If you walk out the back gate of the building it puts you right on the sand. Most resorts you have to go through a maze of elevators, steps and lobbies but not this place. The view is great from the room. We've stayed in this building before and it is easy to navigate. We were a family of four, two adults and two teens. The room had a good AC and the fans worked well. This is not a high-end resort. It is good for families or for people who do not want a deal with a resort. This room had two queen beds. One pull out sofa and one futon, washer-dryer and one bathroom. There is a large walk-in area plus closet near the restroom that cThe kitchen had what we needed. You may need to bring extra trash bags. 13 gallon would be better and small bags for the restaurant. The restroom could get a little stuffy because the AC is not like in that area. But you can crack a window. Shower works fine. If you want to be close to the beach and have a good view. This is your place. It is a short walk to a lot of eateries and Waikiki and you have easy access to the Outrigger next door. There is parking for the building but you need to speak with the property manager and it may cost you around $40 a night if available, the owners of the unit also have a parking spot available that is a short walk. Downstairs there are a few shops and one of the best places to grab some food. You have to check it out. If you're interested in renting some umbrellas and chairs they do have a spot out front not affiliated with the owners, or you can walk down towards the Hale Koa and rent from them. If you are active or prior military, you'll receive a discount. The owner met us early so we could check in and was very kind. The communication between us was great. They emailed me regularly to make make sure I could get to the room without any problems. Thanks for letting us stay here. We really loved it.

  It was a great unit in a great location for us. Easy check in and check out Made the trip so much better. Had a Small issue with the Door and the staff was very communicative. And this issue was taken care of in less then 15 minutes. Thank you so much for making this a great trip. Definitely recommend.

  We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The location is unbeatable — right on the sandy beach, with gorgeous views and easy access to the water. The unit was clean and well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer inside made our stay even more comfortable.
  
  The condo is in a very convenient location, within walking distance to many shops and restaurants, which made getting around so easy. Parking fees were reasonable, and the management staff were helpful from beginning to end, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.
  
  We truly loved staying here and hope to come back again on our next trip. Highly recommended!

  this one bedroom apartment/condo is perfect. Steps away from Waikiki beach. a beautiful view of the ocean and palm trees in the park. The apartment has everything that we needed and it was very clean. I reached out to Luana realty as I had a few questions and they were very helpful. We hope that this place is available next year when we go back to Hawaii.

  This is a great property just off of Ft. DeRussy park. You are literally steps away from the beach. The condo worked great for our family of 4. We were able to relax and enjoy meals in the condo while having close access to all the events downtown. Highly recommend!

  We arrived at the pre arranged time and met Paul... We were pleasantly informed our room was flooded due to another unit... However we were given a much larger and spacious unit that could easily sleep 6. The location was excellent! It is right next to the Army museum and park which means there was nothing blocking a nice view of the park & ocean. This also makes it much quieter than many other properties. The best part is you can be standing on the beach in less than 1 minute from the time the elevator arrives on the first floor! I highly recommend this if you are staying in Waikiki! ��

  There was construction going on while we were there and sometimes this was a little noisy. But overall we found the unit fine. Close to everything and perfect for the Friday night fireworks display.

  We think we were the first guests of the new owners of this property. No previous reviews had us a little worried but we know the building and it’s great location so booked 6 nights. So pleased we did. This apartment is really more of a studio with a folding door between spaces. It’s old and needs a bit of modernising but thats the end of negetive. It’s spotlessly clean, the linen of high quality and the toiletries, t/p washing detergent pods and kitchen dish liquid and dishwasher tabs a plenty for our stay.
  This property is in the very best location of Waikiki, the last building right on Fort DeReussy military gardens, the gardens are kept beautifully and are patrolled 24/7 by military police, ensuring no loud parties, trouble makers or the unfortunate homeless loiter, from the spacious 6th floor balcony the views are incredible, gardens, night time lights and the most fantastic ocean view. We even had the best view for the Hilton Hawaiian Village weekly fireworks. Again this is NOT a new property but we loved it. Now working out dates for a return stay in 2024.
