Our 2-bedroom presidential suite has a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, two full-sized beds in the guest bedroom, and a brand new 1 sofa bed (installed Oct. 2021) in the living room allowing maximum comfort for and privacy for our guests. It comes with a full kitchen and has views of the water, mountains, and city lights. There are 3 lanais (balconies) from where you can enjoy the cool ocean breezes or watch the canoe races on the Ala Wai Canal.
The suite is decorated in local décor so you can immerse yourself in your Hawaiian vacation. This immense 2-bedroom suite stretches from one end of the building to the other, giving ample space to relax and make yourself at home. Also unique to this suite is the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit.
Wake up and cook breakfast in the kitchen or savor a delicious breakfast at one of the many restaurants close by, then take a leisurely stroll to the world-famous Waikiki Beach where you can take surf lessons, watch a hula performance, or just lay out and sunbathe on the beach. Along the way you will pass the Waikiki Strip and encounter dozens of world-class shops, eateries, and entertainment. Browse through the local stores and pick up unique souvenirs. With all the sights and sounds to take in, walking the Waikiki Strip could easily be a full day's excursion!
Everything is within walking distance, but if you choose to venture out farther there are major bus and trolley lines half a block away from the property. If shopping is your thrill, the island's biggest mall (Ala Moana Shopping Center) is only a mile away. The Hawaii Convention Center is less than a mile away, and Hawaii's historical sites like Iolani Palace, Chinatown, and Downtown Honolulu are less than 4 miles away.
When you're done exploring, stay in and enjoy all that the property has to offer! The Royal Garden has been newly-renovated and features a pool, two saunas, an outdoor BBQ terrace, a fitness center, complimentary laundry facilities and complimentary WiFi in each room.

Great size condo and good location

The kitchen appliances were good but no condiments at all—salt, pepper etc. Safeway is the closest well priced grocery store. The management company was great when I contacted them about a wiggly chair. The on site front desk were not helpful and we were told a couple of times we were not owners so they couldn’t help. Example- wanted to trade paperback books we had finished reading but that is only available to “owners “—crazy!! Great location for walking to the beach or shops and restaurants

Waikiki has LOTS of wonderful restaurants which is good - the condo is not great for cooking. Staff very nice. With spectacular beaches we didn't check out the pool - no hot tub though :-(
If want to do any activities outside of Waikiki will need a rental car. $38/day parking is cash only. Seems there is a disconnect between the condo and the parking - sometimes the valet indicated we hadn't paid when we had. Would have been more convenient if it had been included in the cost.

TV is small and furniture is somewhat old, but we didn't really watch too much TV anyway. I asked for early check in on the arrival day which they ok'd. Overall, a vary nice place to stay.

Beautiful condo in a great location.

It is a perfect location, walking distance to everything in Waikiki. It had a nice view from the lanai, with Ala Moana canal on the left and the ocean to the right. They had every dish you need to prepare meals and the view on both sides was absolutely amazing .! I loved everything about this condo, very clean and even had a nice roku tv I was able to turn Netflix on for my son. If I went to Hawaii again I’d definitely rebook here
